Short ‘N Sweet Definition of Bounce Rate
Bounce rate is the percentage of visitors that arrive at your site and then leave after only viewing one page. For example, lets say 100 people come to this page and 80 people click ‘back’ or go to a different site, and 20 people click on one of our links that go to another one of our pages, our bounce rate is 80%. Usually, the lower the bounce rate, the better. Essentially bounce rate measures how good your page is at encouraging visitors to stay and explore the rest of your website.
